My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, but the room, located in the basement, felt a bit cramped and lacked natural light. The service was top-notch, although the advice on expensive parking was a downside. The dining was decent, but nothing extraordinary.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my experience even better. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy a quiet area while still being close to various travel options. The dining experience was delightful, with tasty and well-presented meals. However, the facilities were a bit lacking in some amenities.

The hotel rooms are perfect with everything you could want, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The service was very good, especially with the helpful staff like Cyn Ann. The location is fantastic, just below Lancaster Gate and close to Paddington station, making it easy to explore London. The dining experience was delicious, offering a tasty continental and full English breakfast. The facilities were excellent overall.

The hotel offers quaint rooms with all the small luxury items one needs. The location is lovely, and the staff went above and beyond for us. However, it did not live up to its promise with smaller twin-size beds and average 'club rooms. '
